Latin rhythms, pure rock energy, and dynamic sound. That’s „Rock Latino“, a genre that most of the Czech audience have yet to discover and that’s where Los Culos come in! From covering modern Hispanic bands (such as Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, La Vela Puerca, or Bersuit Vergarabat) we’ve gradually developed our very own voice and sound. Feel free to take a trip to the slightly sappy world of our lyrics: Would you like to know the incredible story of the brand new Spanish submarine? Or learn how to protect yourself against the scary beasts of the southern wild, giant ants or deadly slowworms? Maybe you fancy a murder mystery: Who killed that cow? How about the love life of animals around us? Like to hear about the origin of the universe? It’s all there! We have three albums with original music; the latest, Marinera, was released in September 2021. The current lineup is Roman Casado on lead vocal and guitars, Filip Štědrý on guitar and vocals, Michal Čížek on trumpet, Ondřej Špaček on bass guitar, Rani Tolimat on cajón and percussions, and Igor Mokroš on drums.
